Had three appliances delivered Thursday. One damaged in the box. The install/delivery team called the store, located another, drove back to get it adding about 3 hours to the job. The men doing the deliver and install were professional in every way. It may no longer be Daves' World appliances, but it's still the place to shop! 5 out of 5 stars.

Getting to meet folks like you is one of the many reasons we love coming to work every day.
Prompt friendly service. I was notified of arrival date and time - no all day waiting - and the technician was in and out quietly and quickly. The parts for my dryer were ordered and he was back in a week for installation.

My dryer died. I was going to order from big box home store but they couldn't deliver for over a month! ( life in the woods)!Also it couldn't be picked up at store. Since I was going to Lincoln decided to stop by @Home. So glad I did. Staff was excellent. Knowledgeable and friendly. No pressure. Bought on Tuesday and delivery was set for Saturday. Gave me a 1 1/2 hour window. They called on Friday to ask if delivery could be sooner. They were there within the time frame given. Husband was very pleased with delivery process. ( he's not easy to please). Will definitely shop here again.
